**Terms and Conditions for Subscription Aesthetics Treatments**

**1. Introduction**

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the subscription service for aesthetics treatments ("Services") provided by Angel Aesthetics by Rachel Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our Services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.

**2. Subscription Details**

- **Subscription Package:** The subscription includes the following treatments:

- Fat dissolve x 6: £90

- Botox 3 areas x 3: £150

- Lips: £89

- 6 facials: £20

- Skin boosters x 2 treatments of 3: £150

- Total value: £1499

- **Subscription Fee:** £125 per month for 12 months, totaling £1499.

- **Payment Method:** The subscription fee is to be paid monthly via PayPal, credit card, or recurring monthly payment as set out by the terms.

- **Interest-Free Finance:** This subscription is interest-free, meaning no additional interest will be charged on the monthly payments.

**3. Payment Terms**

- **Monthly Payments:** Payments are due on the same date each month as agreed upon during the subscription setup.

- **Non-Payment:** If a monthly payment is not made by the due date:

- All treatments will be immediately suspended.

- The remaining balance for all unpaid treatments will become due immediately. You will be invoiced for the full amount of treatments remaining.

- In addition, debt collection and administration charges will be applied to the outstanding balance.

**4. Treatment Schedule and Conditions**

- **Treatment Day:** Treatments will only be provided on the scheduled treatment day if the monthly payment has been made in full.

- **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule a treatment, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the treatment being forfeited.

- **Treatment Suspension:** In the event of non-payment, no further treatments will be scheduled until the outstanding payment is made.

**5. Termination and Cancellation**

- **Cancellation by Customer:** You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will be responsible for paying for any treatments already provided and any outstanding balance on your account.

- **Termination by Company:** We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you fail to make timely payments or breach any other terms of this agreement.

**6. Liability**

- We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of non-payment, treatment suspension, or termination of the subscription.

**7. Amendments**

- We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will take effect immediately upon such notice.

**8. Governing Law**

- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain.
